Staff was friendly and the rooftop pool had an amazing view. The live music was pretty loud and kept us up. Parking is a bit pricey at $14 a day.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a lovely balcony that offered a nice view. Temperature control was efficient, allowing for a comfortable environment. The bed was cozy, ensuring a restful sleep. While the bathroom was stylish, the lighting was dim unless the vent fan was on. There was a slight delay during check-in, though staff remained friendly. Valet was convenient, especially on a crowded holiday weekend. it was a trek to our room, and the pool bars closed earlier than advertised. attention to bathroom cleanliness could improve, but the stay was enjoyable.

Spacious rooms and great views from the balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and live music at the bar. Parking was a hassle, and valets were sometimes slow. Housekeeping could improve. Overall, nice stay.

The hotel is steps away from shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. The free tram service is a nice touch, but be prepared to squeeze in like sardines during peak times.
Parking can feel like a treasure hunt, especially if you want to avoid valet fees.

I loved the convenience of being just steps away from The Island where I strolled through shops and enjoyed vibrant attractions, with popular spots like Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and Margaritaville Restaurant both less than a 5-minute walk away; the staff was super friendly and my room was clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable overall. it would have been nice if the pool bar didn't close a bit earlier than expected during busy hours.

Friendly staff made a difference. Jennifer at the front desk saved me a trip by alerting me to Dollywood's closure. Impressive. I appreciate the clean and neat room, especially the laminate floors—always a good sign. The fireplace was a nice touch. The terrace overlooking the shops was ideal. Daily housekeeping felt like a return to normalcy. valet service was a letdown. I expected luggage assistance, but they merely parked the car. A $25 charge without full service was disappointing. Parking is also a hassle. A covered option would enhance the experience. Dim bathroom lighting didn’t help matters either. With a few adjustments, this place could be exceptional.

They truly went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The valet guys were quick to bring our truck around with the heat and seat warmers on, which was a nice touch after a long day exploring Pigeon Forge. I also appreciated the convenience of the close self-parking and being able to easily access the island shops from the hotel. The room itself was spacious and had some nice amenities like nightstands on each side of the bed with lamps and outlets, which was handy for charging our devices. there were some cleanliness issues that stood out. The room floor wasn't really clean, with visible dust and even a green jellybean and pill on the floor. We stayed for 5 nights but didn't receive clean sheets or have our coffee, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash replaced, which was a bit disappointing. Housekeeping was another area that fell short. We had some interactions with a member of the guest services team that left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. The housekeeping staff were not as polite and helpful as the other hotel employees, with some even being rude and uncooperative. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dirty floors, urine stains on the baseboards, and dust buildup in various areas. Although there were some issues with cleanliness and service, the overall experience at Margaritaville was still positive. The friendliness of the staff and the convenient location made up for some of the shortcomings. improvements in housekeeping and attention to detail in room cleanliness would definitely. I hope my feedback helps the hotel management improve and provide an even better stay.

Amazing experience, amazing staff with a large, luxurious shower that made every morning feel refreshing and a rooftop pool where I enjoyed the best watermelon margarita from a delightfully friendly bartender.

Loved the river view and cozy fireplace in the room. Easy access to nearby attractions and convenient parking options made exploring a breeze.
Room wasn't ready until 5pm, leaving us waiting in the lobby with unclear communication. Noise from main elevators and hallway crossings disrupted our romantic escape, impacting our relaxation.

The staff greeted us with smiles and went above and beyond to make our stay special! Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The location was perfect for easy access to shopping and entertainment right outside the door.

Exceptional staff made the stay enjoyable, particularly Zeb at the front desk—super accommodating. Valet service was a breeze, especially during the holiday rush. The rooftop pool was a highlight, though geese disrupted our sleep. Disappointment came from housekeeping, which had cleanliness issues, and a confusing billing situation that put a strain on our trip. A promised compensation from the manager was never received. Fantastic location near shops and attractions, plus a great in-house restaurant. Just expect a bit of chaos, both from guests and nature, if you’re staying here.

Chillin’ on the balcony, overlooking the river and village shops, totally vibing. The rooftop pool and views at night were lit. Plus, the hotel staff were total legends, making us feel like VIPs.
Wish there was a cool hangout spot for young peeps, like a teen club or game room. Just to turn the dial on the fun factor up a notch!

Had a fantastic Christmas stay in Pigeon Forge! The hotel offered spacious rooms with cozy fireplaces and beautiful river views from the balconies. The location was superb, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops on The Island. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the wet bar in the room.
We encountered cobwebs on lights, dirty balcony rails, and mold spots on the bathroom ceiling.

i had a fabulous time at the margaritaville hotel! the convenience of staying inside the island is phenomenal and so very convenient. the hotel was the cleanest i've ever stayed in and the most comfortable. for me. my big amen moment was when i found there was no carpet in the room. at all. you could have eaten off the floors they were so clean and no nasty, dusty carpet. it's just a phobia for me. the room was huge, shower was huge, and again. everything was crazy clean. we loved the balcony that afforded us the luxury of people watching and being able to hear the music from the fountain. every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and helpful and seemed sincerely happy! i would venture to say this is a good company to work for because their people were void of anything that looked like misery. this is clearly and easily the best hotel we've ever stayed in. it's worth every penny!

The valet service was exceptional, always having our truck ready when we called. However, the distance to our room was a bit inconvenient, especially with the $14 daily valet parking charge. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the weather allowed us to enjoy the pool and hot tub despite the chilly temperatures. Despite a few hiccups, I would recommend this hotel.

The mountains provided a picturesque backdrop for our family vacation, offering endless fun and stunning sights. Close to family activities and nightlife, making it a perfect destination for all.
My kids wished for a playground on-site for more family-friendly entertainment.

this place is spotless and the location is super convenient – right in the middle of all the action! we walked out and bam! shops and restaurants. oh, and the staff is so helpful. also, they had valet parking - so no stress about parking.

Tried the Wastin' Away Signature Massage, relaxed in a hammock under a palm tree. Ate at superb restaurants and shopped unique boutiques. Staff was attentive, room was spotless.
Had to deal with dusty bathroom fans, dirty floors, and rude housekeeping. Disappointing!

The staff at this hotel is simply amazing! They are incredibly helpful and courteous, providing the best customer service I've ever experienced. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and clean. The location is also very convenient, close to stores, restaurants, and The Island for a fun day out. I particularly loved the rooftop pool, where I could relax and enjoy the water show without the crowds. The bed felt like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, and sitting out on the balcony in the evenings was a delight. I'm definitely planning to stay here again for more than one night to fully enjoy the nature and all the wonderful amenities this hotel offers, like the fitness center and seasonal outdoor pool. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the 24-hour reception provided a sense of security.
There was one issue that stood out during my stay. The pool water was very cloudy, so I couldn't have the pool day I was looking forward to.
